Shipping & Returns
Apparel are custom made per-order via an external logistic network, this may take up to 2 weeks for the product to be produced and shipped to you. Once we obtain a tracking number for your order, you will be updated via the email provided to us. Apparel is shipped to you directly from the manufacture via USPS. Free shipping is only available within the United States of America.
Stickers are processed through our internal logistic network and is shipped via USPS. Sticker orders are picked up by USPS weekly on Mondays. Tracking numbers are not available for this product.
We stride to get products to you, our customers as fast as possible, with that in mind please note that shipping/logistic delays may occur from time to time. We appreciate your patience!
Return & Exchange Policy:
All attire are custom order through our manufacturer once you place an order. Due to the item being custom made and ensuring every item we ship is brand new to each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please look closely at our sizing charts to ensure optimal fit.
As stated in our shipping policy, apparel is procced and manufactured through our external logistic network. Therefore, it never goes through our internal network for quality assurance. If you receive a product that you believe may contain a defect or needs further attention please reach out to us via our contact us page, we will reach out to our manufacture to see how we make it right.
Due to logistics of ensuring that every product we ship to our customers are brand new, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on stickers at this time.
Stickers are procced through our internal logistic network and are screened for quality assurance, we won't ship you anything that we won't personally be happy with; So you'll know for sure you will get a perfect sticker every time!
